How much will my home cost?
We strongly recommend speaking to your local builder and gaining at least 3 quotes. The following information is to be used as a GUIDE ONLY and you are required to seek independent construction advice from a locally registered builder.
Residential Extensions - 20m2 minimum. $1500 to $2500 per m2 (per level)
New Homes - $1000 to $1500 per m2 (Single Level)
New Homes - $2500 to $4000 per m2 per level (Multiple Level)
Home Extensions
An average extension takes 2-3 days of drafting, and includes Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, and Section/Details.
Please allow an additional 4-6 hours Per Level for conversion of existing plans to CAD. If existing plans do not exist, we can also site measure.
New Homes
Design:
AUD$120 per hour plus GST
Allow 1.00% + GST of Construction Cost.
Working Drawings:
Allow 1.00% + GST of Construction Cost.
Legal Documentation - Written Quotes
We provide written quotes. Our working drawings supplied will be sufficient for both planning and building application requirements. The drawings will also be more than adequate to attain written quotes from your nominated builders. Our quotes generally do not include the following, unless otherwise stated;
Electrical/ Stormwater/ Plumbing Layouts/ Landscaping Plans
Estimation/ Scheduling
Site/ Contour Survey or Geotechnical studies
First Rate Energy Design (if relevant)
Site Visits or compaction certificates
Structural Engineer Design or Certification
Specifications
We are equipped to provide additional drawings/ site visits if required.
