Structural Engineer
We are a drafting practice located in the Joondalup CBD, offering architectural and structural drafting services to small to medium builders as well as owner builders.
We are currently seeking a structural engineer who is in private practice for him or herself.
We have separate office space within our premises that would suit the engineer continuing being in private practice. Dovetail Drafting would be available to the engineer to provide paid drafting services, and we would hope that the engineer would be available to provide paid design and certification services to Dovetail Drafting.

We are a multidisciplinary drafting firm located in the Joondalup CBD, providing drafting services to a broad range of clients.
Our key drafting disciplines are Architectural and Structural.
We are proactively seeking to expand our consulting business and require motivated individuals to assist in growing the business.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate is to be competent in the following: AutoCAD, Microsoft Programs, Liaising with clients and external consultants, Multidisciplinary drafting experience an advantage, Conducting site surveys of existing buildings, Attention to and knowledge of detail, Excellent Communication and Documentation skills - written and oral, Able to work both autonomously and in a team, Able to adapt to established drafting standards and contribute towards, the day-to-day running of the business, Teachable attitude, Have the ability to ask questions relating to building methods. Public transport is available.
