Our Staff have experience in providing documentation to International Clients. Previous projects include the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. We are currently tendering on projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Our Senior Staff and Structural Engineers are available to travel World wide, and attend pre-determined Site Visits.
Site Visits during Project Documentation are typically 3 days in length and we find the following format highly productive:
Day 1 - Meet with Builder, Site Manager and other consultants - discuss project progress and any issues.
Day 2 - Site inspection and checking.
Day 3 - Document problems and action solutions - give written directions to builder.
The quantity and frequency of site visits is predetermined by the client - generally, one site visit at each level prior to concrete pour is adequate, however an initial consultant meeting may also be required, or the client may request monthly site visits to ensure the project’s momentum is maintained.
